Dear Coaches/Parents/Members,

We’re excited to announce that, with recent funding, we’re hoping to launch our All-Stars Programme soon for children with additional needs!

To make this programme a success, we’re offering Disability Inclusion Training(endorsed by Sports Ireland) to equip our community with the skills and confidence to help make our games and physical activity more accessible and inclusive.

📢 Disability Inclusion Training – In Person

Date: Saturday, 27th September
Duration: 10am to 3pm.
Venue: Kilkerley Community Centre
Cost: Free to participants - Jointly funded by Kilkerley Emmets & Louth Sports Partnership

  • Anyone passionate about making games inclusive for all abilities
About the Workshop:

This introductory level workshop (delivered by Active Disability Ireland and endorsed by Sport Ireland) will provide:

  • Practical ideas to adapt sport and activities for all abilities
  • Hands-on experience through games and exercises
  • Adaptation tools and strategies
  • A Certificate of Attendance, resource manual, and games booklet

What you’ll gain:

✅ Confidence to adapt your sessions for people with disabilities
✅ Fun and engaging activities for all ability groups
✅ Knowledge to help build an inclusive sporting community
