The Club 2021 AGM is tomorrow Monday 6 December at 8.30 p.m. The AGM will take place in the Community Centre. Social distancing and hygiene measures will be observed. Please wear a face mask.

The following business shall be transacted at the AGM;
(a) Adoption of Standing Orders.
(b) Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting.
(c) Consideration of the Annual Report submitted by the
Secretary.
(d) Consideration of the Financial Statements including
the Report of the Accountant(s) or Auditor(s)
(e) The Chairpersons Address.
(f) Election of Officers and Members of the Executive
Committee.
(g) Notices of Motion.
