This season, to promote and encourage ALL our players development and ensure meaningful game time, as in keeping with the Association's Code of Behaviour;
our players from u13 up to U18 will only be permitted to play in two age groups. E.g. a child turning 14 this year can play with the u14 team and u15 only.
In the case of teams who have limited player numbers, the mentors will need to apply to the Juvenile Committee to bring players up. For example an U14 team may need to request players who are turning 12 this year. They may be permitted to invite all players turning 12 this year or it may be limited to players born in the first six months. This will be decided by the Juvenile Committee and will be dependent on the number of players on the panel.
An exception may be made for the goalkeeper position only.

Our registrars are currently adding all our juvenile players to their teams on the Foireann app. Parents can view the teams their children are associated with via Foireann as they are added.

We hope this action will benefit all our players as they will receive proper and meaningful game time within their own age group.
