Kilkerley Emmets in conjunction with Kilkerley Athletic Club are proud to announce we are running a "Couch to 5km in 5 weeks" starting on Monday 13th January.

10 coached sessions over 5 weeks finishing with a 5km Walk/Run on our Track. (Date will be confirmed closer to the date)

Is your goal to lose a few pounds?
Is your goal to increase your weekly intake of exercise and fresh air?
Is your goal to jog/run 5km?
Is your goal to improve your 5km time?

Our coaches will meet all your needs in our sessions.

We cater for school children right up to OAPs.

Get those cobwebs off those trainers.

Weekly schedule :
Mondays 7.00 pm to 8.00pm (coach led)
Wednesdays 7.00 pm to 8.00pm (coach led)

Saturdays Time TBC (uncoached) walk/run

Coaches with expertise in athletics, personal training & GAA Coaches and much more...

Cost for all of this:
Adult - €20
U18 - €15 (From age 13-18)
Juveniles Under 12s free
Family rate of €50
